Surf God

Neither the waves nor the French lab assistants will know what hit 'em.

I'm sending positive vibes and scholastic inspiration your way, Hugh.

Call me if you need help with the pronunciation of sale chameau; hell, call me if you need to practice head-shrinking. And definitely, absolutely come test your culinary skills chez nous, in our "challenging" work space of a kitchen.

Have a super first day of classes, Lord God of the point break!

Love and hugs,
twisted sister

Moi aussi!
I hope it was an exciting entree to the world of education and exploration...and that you are LIVING IT UP, Hugh. Kate told me about your new interest in surfing...now THAT's a rush, dude!

If I remember correctly there were a surf board and a body board at "26426 Birch Place" !

I would have liked to surf with Hugh, but the water in Santa Cruz is too cold for me; I'm not used to it. I practiced some kayak and it was OK, but staying that long in the water, you 'd better really like surfing ! So keep going, Hugh, you will love to surf in France and ... here too, girls love a good looking surfer !

Good luck Hughbert... I am so glad you finally got into surfing. I think you will find the best spots north of town once you spend a little time in the water.

Yes and kick butt in school too:)

Now, even more justifiably, the HughDog! Get the grades, my son, and then dig the waves! I wouldn't be your mother if I didn't say it, so, I said it.

Hugh--
I've met you once, but have heard so many wonderful things from knowing your madly talented blogging sis Ara for so many years. So may I just say...the best waves are in Hawaii (make sure to try them) and best of luck in all your academic and life pursuits.
Cheers & Aloha!
