Couldn't have said it better myself. Britches and I have been buddies for a few years now, ever since I accidentally bought a 3-pack of seriously high-waisted Hanes and then surprised myself by falling in love with the way they fit, felt, and looked. Very retro, undoubtedly granny, but quite subtly (banish the thought!) sexy. The top elastic hits right at the waist, accentuating a naturally lovely curve, and doesn't cut painfully into hip skin or blood circulation.
